Destinations and shipping charges

We ship only to destinations supported by our checkout. Available delivery services and shipping charges are displayed before you pay. If your address is not supported, contact us before ordering. We do not advertise a blanket free-shipping offer.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in an order confirmation is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Availability, weekends, holidays, customs and carrier delays may affect delivery. Contact us before purchase if you need an order by a specific date.

Tracking and address details

Where tracking is available, it is supplied in your shipping confirmation. Check that your delivery address is accurate and complete before ordering. For an address correction, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Taxes and cross-border delivery

Applicable taxes and any duties collected by our checkout are shown before payment. Additional import charges may be payable to local authorities or carriers where not included at checkout. Delivery availability and fees depend on your destination.

Delivery problems
